Baked Brie with Hot Chutneylicious Thyme, and Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of Brie cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Hotnylicious 
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. almonds, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
  • Bread of your choice, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • A pinch of love Sprinkle Of Love 

Instructions:

  1. Slice your chosen bread.
  2. Lightly brush the bread slices with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the bread slices with a little salt or a pinch of love for extra flavor.
  4. Bake the bread slices in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) on a baking rack for about 5-10 minutes, until they are golden and crispy.
  5. Cut the top off the Brie and dice it.
  6. Make small cuts on the surface of the Brie cheese.
  7. Place the cheese in a dish, cast iron skillet, or baking form - you're the chef, you decide what's best for you.
  8. Evenly spread the Hot Chutneylicious over the surface of the Brie.
  9. Sprinkle with finely chopped thyme and a pinch of love.
  10. Finish with a light sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper. Add the nuts and the diced top.
  11. Bake the Brie in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
  12. Take the Brie out of the oven and sprinkle the chopped almonds and walnuts over the cheese. Put the cheese back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  13. Serve the warm Brie with the toasted bread slices.
