Hot BBQ Nuts


  • 200 g almonds
  • 200 g unsalted cashews
  • 200 g unsalted peanuts
  • 3 tbsp Hot Plum Passion BBQ Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A little fresh thyme, finely chopped


  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C . Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent the nuts from sticking.

  2. In a large bowl, combine almonds, cashews, peanuts, and the finely chopped thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Add the Hot Plum Passion BBQ sauce and gently stir to evenly coat the nuts. Ensure all ingredients are well coated.

  4. Spread the nut mixture evenly on the prepared baking tray, making sure the nuts are in a single layer for even baking.

  5. Bake the nuts in the oven for about 20 minutes. Remember to take the baking tray out and stir the nuts a couple of times during baking to ensure they roast evenly on all sides.

  6. Once the nuts are golden and fragrant, remove them from the oven and let them cool before serving.


         Now you can go nuts!
