Srir-Asker sauce is my creative reinterpretation of the world-famous Sriracha chili sauce, infused with a special twist. Crafted with utmost care, it features fermented habanero peppers aged for a minimum of 6 months to achieve a robust and perfectly balanced heat. The garlic is gently oven-baked to mellow its sharpness, resulting in a delightful sweet and spicy flavor. Blended with an extra-virgin olive oil emulsion and San Marzano tomatoes, it delivers a rich, creamy, and spicy taste.

The history of Sriracha chili sauce is a captivating journey. It originated in the coastal town of Si Racha in Thailand, where a woman named Chakkapak created the original Sriraja Panich, a chili sauce infused with garlic and piquancy. The recipe underwent transformations in California during the 1980s, leading to the creation of Huy Fong Sriracha, which has since become a global sensation and is widely regarded as the finest sriracha sauce available.

It is our humble aspiration that Srir-Asker sauce can achieve a similar level of admiration. This sauce pairs exceptionally well with grilled dishes, pizza, pasta, and oysters, inviting you to savor remarkable flavors that traverse from a small town in the north to Si Racha in the southeast and back again!

    Bruker denne både under matlaging og etterpå som tilbehør. Passer perfekt til marinader/dressinger, pasta retter, diverse kjøttretter mm.👌 Anbefales!

    Sterk og god

    En kylling er ikke en kylling uten denne. Jeg fikk i hvert fall et nytt bilde på hvor digg en kylling kan være etter å ha brukt denne chilisausen i sausen. 10/10 must have.
