Baked Chèvre with Serrano Ham and Plumtastic

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of chèvre 
  • Some Serrano ham
  • A handful of  rucola
  • Some Plumtastic
  • Suitable bread for baking

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°C, Slice the bread into thin pieces.

  2. Take some hot water and dip your knife in it before cutting the goat cheese into thin slices. Evenly distribute them over the bread slices.

  3. Place the bread slices with cheese in the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt and turns lightly golden.

  4. Once the bread slices are baked and slightly cooled, add a teaspoon or two of Plumtastic, a handful of arugula, and some ham to each slice.
