Unforgettable Spicy & Spoiled Pico de Gallo Salsa

Serves: 4


  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • 2 tsp Spoiled Habanero Hot Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime


  1. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes . If you prefer a less watery pico de gallo, you can remove the seeds.

  2. Finely chop the red onion.3

  3.  Finely chop or press the garlic cloves.

  4. Finely chop both parsley and cilantro.

  5. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, red onion, garlic, parsley, and cilantro.

  6. Stir in 2 tsp of Spoiled Habanero Hot Sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste. Adjust the amount of hot sauce, salt, and lime as per your preference.

  7.  Allow your masterpiece to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This resting period allows the flavors to develop into a truly Mexican Love Story
