  1. Begin by halving the avocados, removing the pits, and scooping the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork for a chunky texture, or use an immersion blender for a creamier consistency.
  3. Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and Spoiled Habanero. Blend everything well together.
  4. Gently fold the pico de gallo into the mixture last.

Storage Tip: If the Gourgemole is not to be served immediately, take a piece of plastic wrap and press it directly onto the surface of the Gourgemole in the bowl to prevent air from reaching the mixture. This helps maintain its color and freshness.
